  • 50 ml The Glenwalk

  • 25 ml Amaretto Ice

  • Dash of Orange Bitters

  • Ice cubes


How to make ‘The Godfather’

Fill up the mixing glass with some ice cubes and pour 50 ml of The Glenwalk into it. Add 25 ml of Amaretto and a dash of orange bitters for the citrusy note. Finish by mixing it all up and pouring it into a glass full of ice cubes. Garnish with an orange twist or slice for a hint of elegance. Enjoy ‘The Godfather’ to your heart’s content.

Whisky Sour


  • 60 ml The Glenwalk

  • 15 ml Egg Whites

  • 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • Ice cubes

How to make ‘Whisky Sour’

Combine 60 ml of The Glenwalker and 30 ml of lemon juice in a shaker. To the mix, pour in 15 ml of sugar syrup for a tinge of sweetness. Add 15 ml of egg whites ot create a frothy texture to your liking. Throw in 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and give it a good shake for about 15-20 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a glass with ice. Garnish it with a lemon slice, and there it is! Sip on the deliciousness of a mix.

Mint Julep


  • 65 ml The Glenwalk Scotch Whiskey

  • 10 Mint Leaves

  • Ice Cubes

  • 12.5 ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)

  • Crushed Ice

  • Mint Sprig for garnish 


How to make ‘Mint Julep'

In a mixing glass, muddle the mint leaves gently. Add The Glenwalk and 12.5 ml of 2:1 sugar syrup to the mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a big mint sprig for a fresh, aromatic fragrance. Enjoy this mint-infused creation.
